Do you charge sales tax?
We don't charge sales tax; we collect sales tax.
Because our business is located in MD, all orders shipped or delivered within MD will be charged the appropriate 6% MD State Sales Tax. Please make sure to check off Maryland if your gift is being shipped in MD, delivered in MD, or picked up at our store.
Return Policy
What is your policy?
- We have a 30-day return policy. Upon receipt of merchandise in original perfect condition, we will credit your credit card for the amount of the item You must provide a copy of your original receipt along with the merchandise you wish to return. The merchandise must be in original perfect condition with its original packing.
- In order to return an item you must first contact Presentations Gifts directly to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. (410) 484-5196--Monday-Thursday - 10am-5:30pm EST .
- Any item that arrives damaged will be replaced free of charge. Damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
- Special orders are not returnable.
- Any items returned to the store must be returned within 30 days, with a receipt, for an exchange or gift card. If there is no receipt we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
All orders will be shipped and billed directly by Presentations Gifts, LLC.
